Each tool is scored out of 100 for a specific use case, then placed in a tier (S/A/B/C).

Rules
- Every tool in a category gets the same test task; outputs are saved.
- Every page shows when it was last checked.
- Scores are re-checked monthly or after a major release.
- Sponsors cannot buy or influence rankings. Sponsored placements are labelled and shown separately.
- Affiliate links, if any, are disclosed.
- Corrections are logged publicly.
